TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Terms governing use of tbvending.com, The Vending Game products, the Vending Game Vault, community features, and consulting services.
Last updated: August 30, 2026.
By accessing or using tbvending.com or purchasing or using products or services offered through Two Brothers Vending, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Educational purpose
Our books, guides, templates, calculators, community discussions, courses, articles, and consulting are provided for educational and business-planning purposes. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial-investment, licensing, or other regulated professional advice unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
No earnings or business guarantee
Business outcomes vary. Historical results, case studies, examples, revenue figures, contracts, or experiences discussed by Two Brothers Vending are not promises that you will achieve the same or similar results. You are responsible for your own due diligence, decisions, expenses, compliance, and business performance.
Purchases and payments
Prices, product descriptions, and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change prospectively. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and account information. We may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, pricing or technical error, product unavailability, or misuse of the site.
Digital products
Digital products are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal business use unless we expressly grant broader rights. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying content. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share access to, or commercially exploit our digital products without written permission.
Vault membership and recurring billing
The Vending Game Vault is a recurring membership. Current options are displayed before enrollment. Unless canceled, the selected plan renews automatically at the recurring rate disclosed at signup. You may manage or cancel future renewals through the Member Account area. Cancellation stops future renewal; access may continue through the period already paid for, subject to account status and applicable law.
Member accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts and membership access are for the registered user and may not be shared, sold, or transferred without permission.
Community standards
Members must use community areas lawfully and respectfully. Do not post spam, harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, unlawful content, confidential third-party information, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or content that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights. We may moderate or remove content and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the community, the business, or other users.
Consulting
Consulting is intended to provide practical business feedback based on the facts and materials you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information and for all final decisions. Consulting does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, investment-adviser, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
Intellectual property
The Two Brothers Vending name, The Vending Game brand, site design, written content, books, guides, templates, workbooks, graphics, training materials, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited use rights that accompany a purchase or membership, no rights are granted without written permission.
Third-party services and links
Our site may use or link to third-party platforms such as payment processors, scheduling services, community software, email providers, and other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or terms.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, resources, pricing, or services prospectively. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or any specific feature.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, educational materials, community, and services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that any particular business result, revenue level, location, machine, contract, or strategy will succeed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Two Brothers Vending and its owners, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, or losses arising from business decisions made using our educational content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, infringement of another person’s rights, or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of the State of North Carolina, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in another jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively when posted, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
