Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, billing and shipping details, account credentials, membership information, order details, form submissions, community posts, consulting information, and messages you send us.
We may also collect technical information automatically, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source, cookies, login activity, and information used for security, analytics, and website functionality.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe and payment methods made available through WooCommerce. We do not need to store your full payment-card number on our website. Payment providers process payment information under their own privacy and security practices.
How we use information
We use information to operate the website; process orders and payments; deliver digital and physical products; manage memberships and account access; provide community features; schedule or provide consulting; send requested resources and transactional messages; provide marketing communications where permitted; prevent fraud and abuse; improve our products and services; comply with legal obligations; and protect our rights and users.
Email and marketing
If you request a guide, join a list, create an account, make a purchase, or otherwise opt in, we may send service-related or marketing emails. Marketing emails include a way to unsubscribe. Transactional, security, purchase, and account messages may still be sent when necessary to provide services you requested.
Membership and community
Vault members may participate in private community spaces. Information you choose to post can be visible to other authorized members of those spaces. Do not post confidential, legally privileged, payment-card, Social Security, or other highly sensitive information in community areas.
Service providers
We use service providers and software platforms to operate the business, including WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, Paid Member Subscriptions, FluentCRM, Fluent Forms, FluentSMTP, FluentCommunity, hosting and security providers, advertising and analytics providers, and scheduling or communications services. These providers may process information as needed to perform services for us.
Cookies and similar technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site operation, account sessions, shopping carts, preferences, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and marketing measurement. Browser controls may allow you to block some cookies, but doing so can affect site functionality.
Advertising and Meta measurement
We may use Meta technologies, including the Meta Pixel and, where enabled, Meta’s Conversions API, to measure advertising performance, understand how visitors interact with our website, build audiences, attribute purchases, and improve or retarget advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Depending on your interaction with the site and our configuration, event information may include page views, product views, add-to-cart activity, checkout activity, purchases, order value, device or browser information, and limited identifiers used for matching and measurement. Meta receives and processes this information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not use these tools to promise or guarantee financial results.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it is needed.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may update certain account information through your account pages and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or business reasons.
Children
Our commercial products and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13.

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
